PH58977: Received SQL305 error when set set any of the columns to null

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

Error description

• ASNMON can not start if any of the columns in IBMSNAP_MONPARMS
  table is set to null.

  *                      2- ASNMON in z gets SQL-Error -440 on   *
  *                      ASN.IBMSNAP_CAPMON                      *

  1- The data type of columns in IBMSNAP_MONPARMS table are
  changed to nullable type. ASNMON can start successfully if any
  of the columns is set to null.
  2- When using the asnmon for zos to monitor the db2luw
  instance, using CHAR9 function to access the DB2 LUW SYSIBM.
  SYSDUMMY1 table, the CHAR9 function is not supported on DB2
  LUW, it caused that the code goes to the sqlError function,
  Then SQLCODE is -440, the SQLSTATE is 42884 error is occurred.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1- ASNMON can start successfully if any of the columns is set
  to null.
  2- Removed CHAR9 from ASNMON for zos to monitor zos & luw
  instance with CONDITION_NAME QCAPTURE_STATUS
  Note: ASNCLP has been updated from v1158 s2401240821.
