Error description
After modifying the i18n_res.xml file as described in documentation for locale-sensitive expressions, reports with custom styles using decimal values fail to validate and fail to run with error. A Conditional Style on a numeric value that uses a decimal value condition fails to validate and fails when run when the report language us set to English (South Africa).
Local fix
Replace Conditional Style with Advanced Conditional Style
