Error description

• When the WSL Validate function in Object Compare is processing a
  large number of CREATE statements it can fail with SQLCODE =
  -904 because the number of opened cursors reached a limit.

  When the WSL validate function processes a large number of
  CREATE statements, it can fail with SQLCODE -904, because the
  cursor for the result set was not properly closed.
