  with an ffdc created containing the error
  "org.osgi.framework.ServiceException: The use count for the
  service overflowed."

  The error arises because of a change in the OSGi component
  that holds a service reference count with an upper limit. The
  SIBus component was requesting multiple service references
  without releasing them causing the ServiceException to
  eventually occur.  The fix addresses the problem by caching
  and re-using the ServiceReference.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
  9.0.5.20.
