Problem conclusion

• The following feature settings have been added to the SAX
  parser factory which creates a SAX parser in
  plugins/org.eclipse.ant.core.jar:
  
  disallow-doctype-decl=true
  load-external-dtd=false
  external-general-entities=false
  external-parameter-entities=false
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
  8.5.5.26 and 9.0.5.20. For more information, see 'Recommended
