Error description

• 1. Added additional verification for WRK files, to prevent 0C4
  abend for one phase 64 bit mode 2. Extended verification of
  2. Extended verification of input date/time during the batch
     execution
  3. Extended the HI-SPEED OFF message to include the logpoint
     of the update record that turned off the HI-SPEED processing
  4. Modified the storage calculation to account for maximum
     column length
  5. Fixes for specification of Arhcive output from the
     "Generate Database Activity Report (Details)" panel.
  6. Fixed some minor SQL generation issues.
