• NEW FUNCTION.
  
  The COBOL Runtime has been enhanced, which includes:
  
  - Added COBOL runtime warning and severe messages replacing LE
  error messages for programs compiled with ARIHT(EXTEND) and
  using COMP-2 data types to perform exponentiation calculations.
  
  The enhancement in this Runtime APAR will take effect
  only if the COBOL program being run was compiled with a PTF
  that includes compiler APAR PH58372 or it's associated
  SYSROUT'ed APARs and linked on a system that has Runtime PTF
  with this APAR PH58373 installed.
