  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides the following        *
  *                      enhancements for REST services:         *
  *                      1. Support for creating a REST service  *
  *                      by using a batch job                    *
  *                      2. Ability to BIND COPY an existing     *
  *                      service to a new location               *
  ****************************************************************
  The following new line commands are added on panel ADB21RS
  'REST Services':
  1. Line command BB generates a batch job using the SQL statement
  and catalog values from the selected existing service. Those
  values can be modified and submitted to create a new unique
  service.
  2. Line command BC allows the user to issue a Db2 BIND COPY
  statement to deploy an existing service at a new location.
