APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Rare condition where wsadmin command:
  AdminConfig.getid('/Server:odr/ProxySettings:/')    returns null
  in some config even when the object is there.
  
  
  The behavior is intermittent, and is due to some changes made
  with Bluemix.
  

Local fix

• Workaround:
  
  Possible workaround if Bluemix is not used.
  
  
  The workaround is by them manually updating the metadata.xml
  file that is located under config/.repository directory on all
  their profiles and profileTemplates.
