PH57955: EXEC CICS WEB RECEIVE fails with RESP=16, RESP2=41 because TE is not specified in the connection header

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When CICS processes a EXEC CICS WEB SEND GET the headers
  sent includes the "TE: trailers" but the "connection" header
  does not include the "TE" connection option.
  This can cause requests to be rejected leading to the EXEC CICS
  WEB RECEIVE failing RESP=16,RESP2=41.

Problem conclusion

• DFHWBCL has been modified to include "TE" in the "connection"
  header when the "TE: trailers" header is being sent.
