APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• On ALT/TS panel ADB21SAR, when MAKEPBG is entered before
  changing any of the TS "Whole:" part level attributes (i.e.,
  Pqty, Sqty, FP... etc), ALTER for those attributes do not occur.
  

Local fix

• The following workaround instructions applies to both Db2 Admin
  Tool V12 and V13:
  On ALT/TS panel ADB21SAR, change any of the Part Level
  attributes first (i.e., Pqty, Sqty, FP, PF,... etc.) before
  entering the MAKEPBG command.
