APAR status

Error description

• Improve the IBM Unified Management Server for z/OS v1.2 by
  updating the linkName of a Db2subsystem if it contains a value
  of null within the db2subsystem.yaml.
  

Local fix

• Manually edit the db2subsystems.yaml to contain the correct
  linkName for each subsystem

  When UMS is configured with authentication type MFA_JWT, the
  function to update a Db2 subsystem might not correctly store
  the linkName, leaving it outdated or null, resulting in failed
  JDBC connections.
