Error description

• After applying PTF UI91933 or UI91934 or UI91935, an
  application loops indefinitely when opening a clustered object
  in a Partial Repository Queue Manager.

  *                      Repository Queue Manager.               *

  A timing window exists where if a batch application opening a
  clustered object in a Partial Repository Queue Manager for the
  first time does so at the same time as the Channel Initiator
  Address space is stopped then the application can loop
  indefinitely.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been corrected to remove the timing window causing
  the reported symptoms.
