Error description

• When generating DDL for an advanced trigger, the following error
  is produced:
  DDL: ADB2PA: The following statement could not be parsed :

  *                      The resulting DDL is unformatted.       *

  When using the DDL or GEN line command against a trigger in the
  Db2 catalog, the line command fails with a parser error, because
  it is expecting a BEGIN statement:
  "Unexpected token after . keyword - expected keyword BEGIN"
  The resulting DDL is unformatted.
