Error description

• When using the IBM Transformation Extender (ITX) Pack for
  Financial Payments, with the SWIFT Java Validation Component to
  validate a SWIFT MT798 message and the message has content in
  the 77E tag that exceeds ~ 250 characters, the JVC compliance
  map reports the following failure:
  
  <Message>INVALID/T12/Line:26/Field: 77E/Excess field data detect
  excess data was 250. Excess detected at: ....

  Problem Description:
  Updates to MT798 field 77E additional lines were published in
  August 15, 2023 which is after the SWIFT SRG 2023 July (FINAL)
  updates. These changes were NOT reflected in the published
  documentation that were being used during FINPAY V10.2.2.0
  development phase.  To confirm, expected behavior, a SWIFT Case
  12201343 was opened. And they confirmed new maximum length for
  field 77E on MT798 is 145z characters for SRG2023.

• Following artifacts were updated to support the new maximum
  length for field 77E additional lines to 145z characters.
