PH57335: TVS AUTO COMMIT OCCURRING FOR DBRC UPDATES WITH PARALLEL RECON ACCESS.

Error description

• MSGIGW10120I occurs during DBRC RECON processing indicating that
  auto commit processing had occurred. This happens when the user
  enabled TVSAMCOM as a system wide setting.  DBRC updates should
  never get auto committed.

  * If DFSMS TVS parameter TVSAMCOM(x,y) defined such that       *
  * autocommit can occur, DBRC instances may see MSGIGW10120I    *
  * issued by DFSMS that indicate some DBRC transaction may have *
  * been automatically committed. DBRC cannot allow autocommit   *
  * to occur.                                                    *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  * INSTALL CORRECTIVE SERVICE FOR APAR/PTF                      *
  ****************************************************************
  DFSMS added support for autocommit and users can set a global
  setting that enables it for all transactional VSAM applications.
  If they do, this can cause DBRC requests that update multiple
  records to have some of those updates committed before all are
  committed. This can cause inconsistent data in the RECON. DFSMS
  has added the ability to disable autocommit at a data set level
  with APAR OA65581, DBRC will take advantage of this so that
  autocommit will not occur for DBRC requests.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been changed in module DSPDSS01 to disable DFSMS's
  autocommit for RECON data sets by setting the new IFGACB flag
  acbdacom.
