PH57261: STALE CLASS CONTENT USED AFTER UPDATING APPLICATION ARTIFACTS

Error description

• When updating application artifacts that do not end with
  jar or zip, the updated classes are not loaded. This problem
  was seen when updating a RAR file. With WAR files this is
  normally not a problem if the classes are in the
  WEB-INF/classes directory.

  The shared classes cache function in IBM and Semeru Java
  runtimes does not correctly detect that a non jar or zip file
  has changed. As such, it does not think that the class needs to
  be re-read from the archive and still uses the old version of
  the class bytes.
  

Problem conclusion

• https://github.com/OpenLiberty/open-liberty/pull/26379
  contains the fix for this APAR.  The change gives a different
  URL format to the Open J9 shared classes cache function to
  allow it to correctly detect when a cached class is stale and
  needs to be invalidated and read from disk again.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
