APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If MIGVARS dataset does not have ADB28XCL member then ADB28SC
  job (REDEFINE SCOPE OF MIG) fails with "ISPT034 Table is not
  open. TBBOTTOM issued for table ADB28XCL that is not open" error
   CC 990
  

Local fix

• Use MIG on any database object to initialize MIGVARS dataset.
  This will create ADB28XCL in it and then they can use it in
  ADBMGSC job.
