  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The compare job ends with return code   *
  *                      16 after the following message:         *
  *                      ADB7749E The DDL reader encountered an  *
  *                      unexpected token in the following       *
  *                      option:  LEAVE.                         *
  ****************************************************************
  The CREATE PROCEDURE DDL that was generated by Db2 Admin Tool
  for an external stored procedure without source in
  SYSROUTINES_SRC has only the statement "LEAVE L0" as its body.
  The Db2 Admin Tool DDL reader does not detect it as a stored
  procedure body. This APAR changes the behavior so that the
  single statement "LEAVE L0" is recognized as a stored procedure
  body.
