PH57107: FIELD RO SHOWS BLANK IN DB2X APPLICATION PLANS (PANELID ADB21P)

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Panel ADB21P field "RO" doesn't show RO-ROLE in v12 and v13. The
  User Manual should be updated as well.

  The 'RO' line command's descriptive text "- Role" on panel
  ADB21P 'DB2X Application Plans' is not displayed when using the
  panel. "RO - Role" should be shown under the 'Line Commands'
  section.
