  in the following Admin Tool message:
  ADB402 Non-zero return code from the Instrumentation Facility:
  Return code = 00000004. Reason code = 00E60804.

  This APAR increases the size of the return-area buffer passed on
  the call to the Instrumentation Facility to retrieve system
  parameters. Also, debug-only informational messages are added to
  aid problem determination for similar problems.
