    ****************************************************************
After FTB rows are inserted into SYSIBM.SYSINDEXCONTROL Db2
will process the requested fast index traversal changes within
ten minutes. This apar will change it from 10 to every 2
    minutes.
    Additional problem fixed:
The number of index levels for the index in the message
DSNT783I for DISPLAY STATS(Index Memory Usage) and in the
message DSNT830I for DISPLAY STATS(Index Traverse Count) may be
not correct on some data sharing members after index page
splits. The code has been modified to update this information,
when it is possible, by sending a notify message - when a FTB
exists on the member, where this information needs to be
    updated.
