1 Customers with DRDA workload requires the ODBM and DLIC sections to be output by the Feed client. 2 If a JSON target doesn't respond retry creates a new connection and resends this eventually leads to CSM storage shortage.

Problem conclusion
1. The feed client is enhanced with ODBM and DLIC output sections. 2. A RECONNECTS parameter now allows the specification of a maximum number of reconnection attempts.
