  Users who want to take advantage of IBM zHyperLink technology
  can enable a COBOL runtime option to indicate a new COBOL VSAM
  logic path should be taken to enable zHyperlink capabilities.
  Users must enable and configure zHyperLink before enabling this

• NEW FUNCTION.
  
  COBOL Runtime has been enhanced to allow users programs
  to take advantage of the IBM zHyperlink feature.
  
  To take advantage of the IBM zHyperLink product, the COBOL
  runtime was enhanced to provide additional information to the
  VSAM access methods such that VSAM would use zHyperlink if it
  was installed and enabled.  This COBOL enhancement requires
  user to specify a runtime option to indicate that the new
  feature should be used.   If the users do not specify this
  runtime option, then there will be no change to their current
  behavior.
  
  The runtime option requires an option control file be available
  during program execution.  This control file is an option
  control assembler routine that sets flags for various options.
  Users should review COBOL Programming Guide, sections VSAM
  Dynamic Access Read Option and the How to build IGZUOPT and
  IGZQUOPT Run-time Option Control block section.
  
  Summary of new features added:
  
  - zHyperLink support for VSAM keyed files with the
  ACCESS MODE IS DYNAMIC
  - Additional report for COBOL Runtime options with RPTOPTS(ON)
  - New samples added:  IGZ5OPT and IGZ6OPT in .SCEESAMP
