  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides enhancements,        *
  *                      usability updates and issue fixes as    *
  *                      described in the Problem Summary.       *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF that is provided by this APAR. *
  ****************************************************************
  1.  Enhance installation to check for potential
      misconfiguration.
  2.  Enhance installation to create data sets with the proper
      user.
  3.  Improve validation of Db2 dbaSqlid.
  4.  Enhance installation to set up initial users.
  5.  Address issue where stand alone Db2 subsystem might be
      processed as a data sharing group
  6.  Address issue with configuration that uses both High
      Availability (HA) and useSAFOnly set to true.
  7.  Support authentication type of MFA_JWT by IMS Administration
      Foundation
  

Problem conclusion

• Apply the PTF that is provided by this APAR.
  
  IMS Administration Foundation users who plan to use the
  authentication type of MFA_JWT (izp.server.authType=MFA_JWT)
  need to configure one or more of the following backend systems
  depending on which features that are supported by activating
  IMS Administration Foundation:
  - IMS Connect Servers
  - Distributed Access Infrastructure's TCP Servers of IBM IMS
  Tools Base for z/OS 1.7
  *
  The minimum configuration requirement for each of these servers
  is security setup for enabling passticket-based authentication
  for the subject access interface or interfaces of the backend
  system.
  *
  For the configuration for the passticket-based authentication to
  work for the backend systems above to work, the maintenances
  that are provided by the following APARs are required:
  - IMS Connect Servers: PH51844
  - IMS Tools Base DAI TCP Servers: PH55878
  *
  If IBM Z Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is to be used for
  some or all UMS login users, additional security setup is
  required.
  *
  For details of the configuration requirements, see the
  updated "What's new in Unified Management Server" section of
  the UMS 1.2 User Guide (Document number: SC27-9151) and
  other sections that are referred to from the "what's new"
  section.
  *
  Note: The guide and support of izp.server.authType=MFA_JWT for
  IMS Administration Foundation by this PTF is limited to RACF
  and its compatible security managers.
