Problem summary

  *                 operand contains subordinate FILLER items    *
  *                 with USAGE POINTER or OBJECT REFERENCE.      *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: In the case described above, the XML    *
  *                      GENERATE statement may result in        *
  *                      XML-CODE 417 with possible corrupted    *
  *                      XML output.                             *

  In the case described above, the compiler incorrectly handled
  FILLER items with USAGE POINTER or OBJECT REFERENCE.
  

Problem conclusion

• The compiler has been fixed to handle those items - the
  generated XML is correct with XML-CODE 0.
