PH55892: EYUCP0002E NETTOP IMPORT FAILURE FOR CONNECTING CMAS, FAILURE OCCURED IN CPMI.

Error description

• CPSM 6.1
  We received the following error message in CMAS task CMAS2222
  shortly after it started up:

  for Connecting CMAS CMAS1111, Failure occured in CPMI.
  21.37.39 STC31856 +EYUXL0010I CMAS2222 CMAS initialization
  complete.
  The connected CMAS, CMAS1111 was active at the time this
  error message was issued, although the CICS regions on this
  LPAR were being shutdown around this time,
  first region disconnects from CMAS1111 at 21:32:28
  until the last region disconnects at 21:34:01.
  CMAS1111 was then shutdown via COSD txn at 21.36.08 as we
  were IPLing the LPAR.
  While CMAS2222 appeared to be functioning,
   we took the decision to recycle it.
   No further issues were encountered at this
   time or when CMAS1111 was restarted circa 22:27

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF to all CMASes. This can be     *
  *                 done in any order.                           *

  During TOP initialisation, in program EYU0TIML, method TIRT
  is started as a new transaction. As part of EYU9XLOP processing
  this marks the TOP component as OBJPR state, i.e.
  ready for work.
  
  Unfortunately TIML has not completed TOP initialisation and an
  interrupt allows communications code to attempt to tell TOP that
  a remote MAS has terminated. EYU0CPDM checks that TOP is ready
  for work and because it is marked ready it calls EYU0TSST and
  this leads, several programs down, to a read for a cache list
  ( CPDB_SPLB_ID ) which has not yet been initialised.
  An error percolates back and results in a dump and msg
  EYUCP0002E.
  

Problem conclusion

• The starting of method TIRT has been moved to later in program
  EYU0TIML. This closes the window where TOP is marked as OBJPR
  but has not yet been fully initialised.
