Error description

• The web server plugin reports errors of buffer overflow when
  the response does not contain the content-length header.

  When the response does not contain the content length header,
  an eror is reported indicating "response content length
  overflow".
  

Problem conclusion

• The value in the response content length is checked to ensure
  it does not exceed the maximum value allowed for the data
  type. When the content length is not present, -1 is stored in
  the unsigned data type that causes the false error message to
  be reported. This does not affect response handling but the
  false error message is reported.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
  8.5.5.25 and 9.0.5.17. For more information, see 'Recommended
