  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When a large number of objects are      *
  *                      compared with Object Compare,           *
  *                      ONCODE condition 451 might occur.       *
  ****************************************************************
  When comparing a large number of objects, especially tables
  and indexes, modules ADBCCMM and ADB2CMT allocate a lot of
  storage. Some of this storage is not freed when it becomes
  unnecessary. This behavior might cause any of the following
  ONCODE 451 conditions:
  
  IBM0451S  ONCODE=451  The STORAGE condition was raised.
           From entry point DETECT_COLMATCH at statement
           >statement< at compile unit offset >offset< at entry
           offset >offset< at address >address<.
  
  IBM0451S  ONCODE=451  The STORAGE condition was raised.
           From entry point REGISTER_INDEX at statement
           >statement< at compile unit offset >offset< at entry
           offset >offset< at address >address<.

Problem conclusion

• This APAR reduces the possibility of receiving ONCODE 451.
  The storage allocation is optimized, and the internal program
  object limit is increased.
  Receiving ONCODE condition 451 is still possible
  depending on the objects being compared and the system
  environment.
