• When Analyzing source VF that has empty default value for
  WLM ENVIRONMENT field causes SQLCODE=-104

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When Change Management (CM) is used to  *
  *                      change the WLM environment value to the *
  *                      default value, an incorrect ALTER       *
  *                      statement might be generated. The       *
  *                      resulting apply job fails with          *
  *                      SQLCODE=-104.                           *
  ****************************************************************
  When CM processes a statement that replaces a version of a
  stored procedure, function, or trigger, and the WLM environment
  value is not specified to use the default value, this value is
  processed incorrectly. The ALTER statement is generated with an
  empty value for the WLM environment.
