Error description

• When adding a comment to a sequence, an empty ALTER SEQUENCE
  statement is added to the WSL. This statement is unnecessary and
   results in an SQLCODE -104 (Illegal symbol).

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been fixed. Object compare will only generate
