  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR adds Change Management (CM)   *
  *                      batch support for generating foreign    *
  *                      key changes when calling GOCCM.         *

  Two new parameters have been added to CM batch:
  
  SOURCE_GEN_FOREIGN_KEYS
  Specifies whether to generate DDL for ALTER TABLE ADD FOREIGN
  KEY for the source objects.
  Values:
  Y - Generate the DDL.
  D - Generate the DDL and extract foreign keys for tables that
     are dependent on the tables being extracted.
  N - Do not generate DDL.
  Default:
  Blank.
  Notes: Only valid for SOURCE_TYPE = 'USER'
  
  TARGET_GEN_FOREIGN_KEYS
  Specifies whether to generate DDL for ALTER TABLE ADD FOREIGN
  KEY for the target objects.
  Values:
  Y - Generate the DDL.
  D - Generate the DDL and extract foreign keys for tables that
      are dependent on the tables being extracted.
  N - Do not generate DDL.
  Default:
  Blank.
  Notes: Only valid for TARGET_TYPE = 'AUTO'
  
  These parameters allow you to control the generation of DDL
  for ALTER TABLE ADD FOREIGN KEY. This behavior mirrors the
  behavior from GENRELS in the generated compare JCL from the
  GOC5 panel.
