• Date data item as pattern (yyy/MM/dd) specified in model.  When
  applying date format in Report Studio and running report using
  French language, following error will be generated:
  RSV-SRV-0040 The report server encountered an internal error.
  Check additional information associated with this error
  message....
  I18NRuntimeError:-14:Fatal: The specified localized pattern is
  invalid.
  

Local fix

• Do not specify a pattern for Date data item in Framework Manager
  or use Default format for Date query item in report
