Error description
Using UML->WSDL transformation randomly re-orders elements in generated XSDs after restarting RSAD. There is an option in the UML to WSDL Transformation configuration to enable grouping/sorting of schema contents (Output Options->Group and sort the schema contents), but enabling this also causes sorting of elements within a complex type.
