  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: For some Db2 transactions, the time     *
  *                      value (seconds) in field                *
  *                      PKG_SE_CPU_SEC of table                 *
  *                      KPM_DB2_PACKAGE_H is much larger than   *
  *                      the actual elapsed time shown in the    *
  *                      job output.                             *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *

  The field PKG_SE_CPU_SEC in tables KPM_DB2_PACKAGE_H, _D, _W
  includes the data from the Db2 record that contains the elapsed
  time of the Db2 parallel roll up tasks. This makes the apparent
  elapsed time longer than that recorded in the job log.
