Error description

• ABENDU0070-00000081 may occur in the AD server. If the ITKB
  server was started after the AD server, the exception definition
  table is not be created. The AD server terminates abnormally
  with ABENDU0070-00000081 when the exception occurs.

  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: If the ITKB server is started after     *
  *                      the AD server, the exception definition *
  *                      table is not be created. The AD server  *
  *                      terminates abnormally with ABENDU0070-  *
  *                      00000081 when the exception occurs.     *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR and      *
  *                 restart the Autonomics Director server.      *
  ****************************************************************
  The AD server skips creating a exception definition table if the
  ITKB server is not running at the time of initial processing.
  The AD server does not create the exception definition table
  even after the ITKB server startup process. Therefore, if the
  ITKB server is started after the AD server, the exception
  definition table is not created. And the AD server terminates
  abnormally with U0070-00000081 when the exception occurs.
