Error description

  • Custom report URL works correctly when user is already logged in
    to Cognos.
    The same URL does not work if the user is not logged in to
    Cognos. After submitting login details, 'Cannot login' is
    displayed, the user is logged in once dismissing messages, and
    the report is not run.
