Error description

• This APAR enhances IMS Online Reorganization Facility to
  support the following migration or conversion:
  - OSAM to OSAM LDS
  - VSAM to OSAM
  - VSAM to OSAM LDS
  ORF provides the following new functions to support
  the migration or conversion:
  - DDEFPDS2 DD support
  - NEWDBD and DDEFPDS2 DD combination support
  The enhancement is being implemented as a result of the RFE
  132662 and the RFE IMSDBSOLPK-I-2.

  This APAR enhances IMS Online Reorganization Facility to
  support the following conversions:
  - OSAM to OSAM LDS
  - VSAM to OSAM
  - VSAM to OSAM LDS
  ORF provides the following new functions to support the
  conversion:
  - DDEFPDS2 DD support
  - NEWDBD and DDEFPDS2 DD combination support
  The enhancement is being implemented as a result of the RFE
  132662 and the RFE IMSDBSOLPK-I-2.
  
  Note:
  The output location of NOTIFY.REORG command is changed to
  SYSPRINT DD even if DBDS organization is not changed.
  
  In addition, the following fixes have been applied in this APAR.
  
  - Code has been modified to prevent IMS Tools Common Pauser
   from being enabled.
  - Correct SHARELVL is set in INIT.DB statement when SHARELVL is
   not zero.
  - Code has been modified to delete and define all partitions
   before reload when a HALDB database has external logical
   relationship.
