• Db2 Administration Tool parser's tokenize routine does not yet
  support the question mark used as a stored procedure parameter
  marker.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When Db2 Admin Tool processes DDL that  *
  *                      creates a native stored procedure, a    *
  *                      question mark in the body of the stored *
  *                      procedure is not recognized as a        *
  *                      parameter marker. This behavior causes  *
  *                      a parsing error.                        *
  ****************************************************************
  The change made by this APAR allows Db2 Admin Tool to
  successfully process stored procedures that use question marks
  as parameter markers.
