Error description

• The Launcher is defined by default to restart automatically upon
  a crash a maximum of 2 times within 10 minutes but it
  continuously restarts more than 2 times.

• Users Affected:
  IBM Transformation Extender users using launcher restart.
  
  Problem Description:
  Launcher keeps restarting even though Restart Attempts is set to
  2 and timeout is set to 10 minutes.

Problem conclusion

• Correct process of launcher restart function. Previously
  launcher would restart indefinitely. Now launcher restart honors
   restart attempts and restart time out values.
  
  Applies to:
  10.1.0.2, 10.1.1.1, 10.1.2.0
  
  Fixed in the next service packs and releases.
