Error description

• After applying IMS PTF UI83769 (APAR PH31440), message DFS4336W
  is repeatedly output in an IMS-managed ACBs environment and IMS
  HALDB Toolkit job needs to be manually canceled.

  After applying IMS PTF UI83769 (APAR PH31440), message DFS4336W
  is repeatedly output in IMS managed ACBs environment and IMS
  HALDB Toolkit job needs to be manually canceled.
  When calling the IMS module internally, IMS attempted to read
  the IMS directory data set, but it was in use.
  
  In addition, the following problem has been fixed in this
  APAR:
  - IMS HALDB Toolkit has been modified to prevent IMS Program
    Restart Facility from being enabled.
  

Problem conclusion

• IMS HALDB Toolkit has been modified to deallocate the IMS
  directory data set before calling the IMS module internally.
