  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When a DECLARE VARIABLE statement omits *
  *                      CCSID, Db2 Admin Tool fails to properly *
  *                      parse the statement. This behavior      *
  *                      results in the following message:       *
  *                      "Unexpected token after VARIABLE        *
  *                      keyword - expected keyword CCSID."      *
  ****************************************************************
  The Db2 Admin Tool SQL parser has been updated to correctly
  recognize CCSID as an optional keyword in the DECLARE VARIABLE
  statement.
