  • Error[1044]:Missing procs even though proc exists in
corresponding project folder

Problem summary

  • When having proc names containing variable parts (I.e. btw. &
and .) an error message is displayed E.g.: Error [1044] Missing
Procedure 'SAS9', although the proc 'SAS9' exists and is added
to the project correctly. This happens only when the proc has no
 parameters, and although the variable has a value and it's
resolved correctly when displaying the error message, it is not
resolved when searching and expanding the proc file.

Problem conclusion

  • A fix was applied to the JCL parser's source code, so that proc
names containing variable parts (I.e. btw. & and .) to be
resolved when searching and expanding the proc file, also when
the proc is executed without parameters.
