  code paths. The message will look like the message below:
  
  The configuration file 'FILE_NAME' is not valid. Root cause is
  'ROOT_CAUSE'.

  A CWWIM001E error may be encountered on various code paths due
  to
  an incomplete wimconfig.xsd file delivered in releases 8.5.5.22
  and 9.0.5.12.
  The FileRepositoryType attributes accountLockoutThreshold,
  accountLockoutDuration and ignoreFailedLoginAfter were missing
  from the schema.
  

Problem conclusion

• The wimconfig.xsd file has been updated to include the missing
  attributes for the FileRepositoryType.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
