PH53798: DISCONTINUE BLUEMIXUTILITY COMMANDS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The IBM Cloud BluemixUtility configuration service has
  been discontinued. Attempts to use BluemixUtility to
  create services in IBM WebSphere Application Server result in
  an error message, such as the following:
  
  com.ibm.ws.bluemix.utility.api.ConfigurationServiceException:
  BMUX0044E: Supported services cannot be listed because of the
  following error: BMUX0031E: Unable to establish a connection
  with the configuration service. Error: 404: Not found.
  
  com.ibm.ws.bluemix.utility.cloudfoundry.CloudFoundryException:
  BMUX0012E: An unexpected error occurred when performing an IBM
  Bluemix operation. Error: Service broker error: Failed to
  retrieve service details from catalog. Error : Error[403
  Forbidden] - Not authorized for this request.
  
  The BluemixUtility configuration service will be updated to
  provide a message that the service has been discontinued:
  
  Error: The bluemixUtility feature is discontinued. For details
  on how to configure a cloud service, see the documentation for
  the cloud service that you want to configure.

Problem conclusion

• All BluemixUtility configuration service commands have been
  disabled. They will no longer attempt to communicate with IBM
  Cloud services and will result in the following message:
  
  Error: The bluemixUtility feature is discontinued. For details

  the cloud service that you want to configure.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
