Error description

• z/OS build failures are observed where a Symbolic Parameter
  <env name="DBDB2SYSTEMS" value="DBPA DB2P" />
  throws CCUE-056 Invalid parameter DB2P&quot;.
  Format is: var=value var and value must be greater than 1
  characters long.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Symbolic parameters which has space in  *

  *                 support by removing the extra double quotes  *
  *                 whose symbolic parameter has space in its    *
  *                 value.                                       *
