Problem summary

  *                 the stored procedures ADBGDDL.               *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Message ADB1031E is received after Db2  *
  *                      APARs PH48184 or PH51878 has been       *
  *                      applied.                                *
  ****************************************************************
  Stored procedure ADBGDDL returns message ADB1031E after
  Db2 APARs  PH48184 or PH51878 has been applied.
  These Db2 APARs changes the value of the Db2 PRID for Db2 13 and
  causes ADBGDDL to set the Db2 release to 13135 on FL 502 where
  it should have been 1315. That causes the function level check
  in ADBGDDL to fail with message ADB1031E.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been fixed.
