Error description

• When applying Context filter in Cognos Analytics report based on
  PA data source cube with Alternate Hierarchies, and adding
  multiple Context filter parameters, by dragging and dropping
  levels into Context filter, preexisting parameter inside context
  filter gets replaced, whereas expected behavior is for the next
  parameter to get appended and applied to the set filtered based
  on preexisting parameter.
