PH53448: WMQ 920 TIMING WINDOW BETWEEN DISCONNECT AND CANCELING A QUEUE MANAGER.

Error description

• WMQ 920 Timing window between disconnect from a queue manager
  and canceling a queue manager.  Can cause ABEND5C6 00E80100.
  
  Additional Keywords and Symptoms:
  The CICS TCB is outside of MQ control. The QMGR
  jobstep TCB continues with abnormal processing in CSQVATRM.
  It proceeds to schedule an SRB to CSQVATR4 to issue a CALLRTM
  TYPE=ABTERM with reason 6C6-00E80100 to terminate the TCB.
  This problem is a timing window between an application
  disconnecting from a QMGR and the QMGR being cancelled and
  results in abend6c6 with reason 00E80100.

  The code responsible for functional recovery of allied address
  spaces does not clear a variable used to track active allied
  TCB's if the queue manager is cancelled, resulting in an abend
  in the allied address space.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been changed to clear this variable as part of the
  functional recovery that is run when the queue manager is
  cancelled.
