APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Development finds this abend is being issued because the
  backwards migration logic in CSQIERS3 thinks that the page set
  holding the SYSTEM.CLUSTER.REPOSITORY.QUEUE definition (PSID 0)
  is not connected. This is due to an uninitialised memory defect
  in the backwards migration logic which can only occur when the
  SYSTEM.CLUSTER.REPOSITORY.QUEUE is not defined. The nature of
  this means that the behaviour is unpredictable and the abend
  may or may not be issued depending on the call stack leading up
  to the call to CSQIERS3.
  

Local fix

• Define the SYSTEM.CLUSTER.REPOSITORY.QUEUE

  The code which handles checking the
  SYSTEM.CLUSTER.REPOSITORY.QUEUE when backward migrating
  was not being initialised properly. This caused the abend.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been initialised correctly so the abend no longer
  occurs.
